The first workshop in this series will give you ways to sort out the hype from the real facts about nutrition, the latest science regarding breathing techniques and what aspects of exercise are most important.

wokkingIn other  workshops in the series next year we will look at more aspects of nutrition - the role of how, what, where and when we eat and drink. There will be a number of practical workshops that will allow you to gain first hand experience of how to translate what you learn into your own kitchen or working life.

We will also look in more depth at breathing techniques and the scientific evidence supporting their use in a wide variety of physical and mental health conditions in workshops 2 and 3





The key to success is a concentrated mind - with pressures of modern life leading to more and more distraction, how do you get one?

This is the starting point for this series of seminars which will explore in depth how the mind can be freer from the distraction, stress and negativity that gets in the way of progress towards achieving our goals.




This workshop is being run by Jan Dugan and Jan Gudkovs, the authors of the book "Helping Children Relax". Participants will receive a free copy of the book. It will have plenty of time for dialogue and questions.
